Dispatch and Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent a dispatch confirmation email with details of your order, including a tracking reference number. All order’s are dispatched by Parcelforce (and this will be stated on your dispatch confirmation email), Your order can be tracked on the parcelforce website by clicking here and typing in your tracking reference number, which we email to you after your item has been dispatched.

Please allow 10 working days before contacting us, as sometimes it will take a while for the Parcelforce courier to deliver, or indeed fail to deliver and return the item to us.

We aim to dispatch most orders within 24 hours of receipt as most items are in stock but please allow 7-10 days. You will be contacted regarding expected delivery time. Delivery times are not guaranteed, they are estimates. Deliveries are generally made between 9am and 6pm. We take no responsibility for delays or non-delivery, if the address or postcode supplied is not correct.


The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller within 10 working days of delivery confirming in writing via email to, if the Goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the Contract. If the Buyer fails to do so the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods.

Where a claim of defect or damage is made the Goods shall be returned by Shop4Vacs, once we receive your email regarding damaged/defect to goods we will arrange for a parcelforce courier to collect the goods and return them back to us, The Buyer shall be entitled to a full refund (including delivery costs) if the Goods are in fact defective or a replacement (if in stock).

The Buyer has a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the items. The Buyer will receive a refund of all money paid for the Goods. If the Buyer fails to return the Goods following cancellation, the Seller shall be entitled to deduct the cost of recovering the Goods from the Buyer.

Goods to be returned must clearly show the invoice/order number obtained from the Seller on the package.

Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer’s fault the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.

Orders are subject to the availability of stocks. If your choice of product is not available we will contact you to offer the following options:

• Alternative product – if the product is less in value then a partial refund will be arranged – if the product is more in value then additional payment will be required.

• A delay until the product becomes available.

• A refund to the value of the missing product plus any relevant consequential losses.

• Cancellation of the order and a full refund.

• If we cannot contact you we reserve the right to provide suitable alternative products at no extra charge. It is very important that you give us your correct contact details during the order process.


Shop4Vacs offers a 3 or 6 month warranty from the date of receipt on all products but will replace if defective/damaged when supplied or offer a refund.
